Forrit has today announced the availability of its content management system, Forrit One, in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, an online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. Forrit One customers can now take advantage of the productive and trusted Microsoft Azure cloud platform, with streamlined deployment and management.
Born in the cloud and built for the future, Forrit One facilitates rapid and secure website creation and editing. Some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Microsoft Education, have leveraged the platform to both launch and update their global websites at speed and at scale. Forrit One delivers benefits to marketing, IT, security and procurement stakeholders.
Peter Proud, CEO of Forrit said: “Extending Forrit’s global reach is a significant strand of our growth strategy. Over the last eight years, we have developed and delivered new websites for many well-known global organisations. But we know our platform has the potential to help many more. Becoming a part of the Microsoft Azure Marketplace will increase our digital shopfront to more enterprises than before who might not be aware of us but could greatly benefit from the strength of the solution we have created.”
Jake Zborowski, General Manager, Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft Corp. said: “Through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, customers around the world can easily find, buy, and deploy partner solutions they can trust, all certified and optimized to run on Azure. We’re happy to welcome Forrit’s solution to the growing Azure Marketplace ecosystem.”
The Azure Marketplace is an online market for buying and selling cloud solutions certified to run on Azure. The Azure Marketplace helps connect companies seeking innovative, cloud-based solutions with partners who have developed solutions that are ready to use.
